Leading scrimshaw expert Stuart Frank, PhD, will discuss the unique nature of the scrimshaw and ivory pieces in Tooth and Bone during a presentation in the exhibit space.

Dr. Frank is Senior Curator of the New Bedford Whaling Museum, Director Emeritus of the Kendall Whaling Museum and founder/director of the Scrimshaw Forensics Laboratory®. He will conclude the hour-long program with a Q&A session.

In addition to Dr. Frank's presentation, a series of booth talks on topics of interest to collectors is a new feature of this year's Newport Antiques Show.
